I was feeling really bad about how bad I've done this week, especially the weekend, where I did NO exercise and ate sweet and ate after 8 every night (parties are killer!), but seeing everyone else's points and how nobody's got perfect scores, I feel a little bit better, and I'm committing to exercise more this week.

Wow, everyone did awesome! So I dont have a scale so I cant see if I lost any weight.. so that will not change. I work nights so some of these are super hard!!!

This has been a good week! I am glad to have something to motivate me to stop eating at eight and only eat one sweet. Now if it could get me to exercise...

I am definitely going to work on only eating one sweet a day this week, that is my weakness for sure! But, I love this program.
Not eating past 8 has been huge for me, making a big difference.

Wow...rough week for me. I had two sick kiddos that took all of my attention last week...even all night so I couldn't even get in my sleep points! We are on the mend though so hopefully this week will be much better:)

I just started on Thursday but I am excited to do a full week
I bow out this week. I did really good on Tues but that night I got food poisoning. Was deadly sick all week, ended up in the hospital on Friday. 2 bags of fluid and I still didn't need to go to the bathroom! Today is my first day of feeling back to normal! I did loose 19 lbs though!! But I still want to keep it at 20 lbs to loose. I could loose another 20!!

Yeah, I really think I lose this week. Been crazy sick with morning sickness, so fruits and veggies were at a minimum, plus getting up to exercise? Not happening until I can move without throwing up. We're calling it a super-bad week and I'm more than happy to send someone a note this week. ;) Tally me at 100. Boo! Oh well, try to do better next week!

Wow! What a week--I teach school at it was my first week back and boy the sugar bug was haunting me with all the stress! I am hoping this week will be much easier! Sorry it is posted so late----I have been swimming in 2nd grade stuff!
