Love how I am much more mindful of all these areas. I stop and remember to do things that were sometimes getting forgotten in the rush. Or, I stop and remember it's after 8:00. Or I finish 30 minutes of exercise and realize I can keep going for those 5 extra points ;-)
Not perfect, but definitely feel more focused.
