FIT and FAB Rules

Oct 1st to Nov 25 (last weigh in)

1 pt: contact with Team Mate

3 pts: 64 oz water

3 pts: no eating after 9pm

3 pts: 2 servings of fruit (1/2 c)

5 pts: 3 servings of veggies (1/2 c)

5 pts: no sweets/ sugary treats (up to 6 days/week)

5 pts: food log

5 pts: 30 min/day

7 pts: 45 min/day (up to 5 days/week)

BONUS:

10 pts (in a week) per lb lost

5 pts (in a week) for maintaining lowest weight

205 pts/week
