Checking in

Well I did 20 push ups and thought I was going to die!!!

How many did you do?

You can burn calories in Yoga. I recant my remark :). I think that what I meant to say was if I am going to spend 60 minutes exercising I would like to burn 700 calories running as opposed to 300 in yoga :).

And I have actually been doing Yoga with Jess for 5 years. Crazy. Has it really been that long?

First week and harder than expected. Found myself not sure what to consider a serving for the f & v, never getting enough sleep, kids not cooperating with workouts, etc. So this week I will need to plan better! THe push up challenge is kicking my but-te` too!

I did 20 push-ups, but they are the girl kind. But I will try to improve on that, too. Not great on the points. Too many late night events, and not enough time for exercising.

I didn't keep track of points last week. I promise I have a good excuse. I got sick, actually a big scare thinking I was pregnant! Yikes!! Turned out to be some bug, I guess. Nausea for 4 days and some other fun symptoms.
