Post points AND Fitness Challenge

Points reporting time!!!

Please report your points sometime today. I will post the winner Tuesday am.

Fitness Challenge

I challenge you all to try doing as many push ups as you can. If it is 1 GREAT, if it is 20 GREAT!!! But I want you to try it. With all the exercise we have been doing, this will be a great ending to a great workout. You don't have to report it if you don't want to, but if you DO, then leave a COMMENT!!!

257. Worse than last week but I'm still feeling good about my progress. Started the push up challenge this morning while Izzy played at the park. My max was 6 but that means there's only room to improve!

I was going to wait to start this week but since there is already a loser...my partial week points are 224 and I did 40 push ups and am starting the push up challenge today!

And I reached my first weight loss goal, WAHOO! So my new goal to lose is: 10 lbs. Don't know about the rest of you, but if I don't do my weightloss goals in small amounts, it's too overwhelming! Here's to another week!!!
